My trailblazer 2007 Ss shuts off while driving ..I then get out and disconnect the battery for 5 minutes and it will start back up and drive for a few days or so then shut off. I have recently changed the ignition switch..throttle body and computer ..I dont know what's going on. Please help. Reply Quote.

All the other stuff, like speakers going bad, sunroof tracks breaking, dash gauge motors dying, dash bulbs dying, heater duct door motors dying are going to be in your future, but easy to fix. I hope this helps. Big costly repair on both 2006 and 2008 4.2 Trailblazers were exhaust manifold crack same place.
