#1 · Mar 15, 2011 I bought a used 08 800 sportsman yesterday. It has 311 miles on it. My problem is the fuel gauge shows empty even with it is full. It varies from one bar left to flashing fuel on the display. I had the sender out today and checked it over and it checked out good 6ohms empty, 90ohms full and nothing irregular in between.
