Have owned the car for 2 months and have already had a faulty thermostat replaced and just recently the engine indicator light went on (amber not blinking) so am taking the Fiat once again back to the dealer for a diagnostic test. My own case 2019 Lusso, the thermostat CEL has surfaced and been extinguished a couple of times over approx. 3000km. just waiting to take to the dealer (3 hours away) for a update flash. #1 · Dec 19, 2019 I have 29k miles on my Abarth (2017) still under warranty. I have had only 2 problems. One was thermostatstuck on and the other was oil dripping into the air filter. Dealer said they do not know why it is happening and that Fiat is looking into that problem.
