It's a 330m walk through the lush forest from the car park to the top of the falls, where you're rewarded with a bird's-eye view down into the pool below. Take the steep and sometimes slippery (but not too challenging) walk down to the base of the falls to see them from a whole new angle. Keep an eye out for turtles, birds and other wildlife.

Quick boardwalk/sealed track walk to the lookout only, today - very pretty creek and quite a lot of water going over the falls. Was short on time so the longer walk will have to wait. Worth combing this short walk with a trip to Newrybar - about 15m drive. Killen Falls - A short walk to viewing platform and then down to the bottom of the falls.
