El Charco de Isla Cangrejo se encuentra en la Urbanización Isla Cangrejo de la costa de Santiago del Teide. Para llegar a él lo más fácil es dejarse guiar por Google Maps hasta la Calle Magnolia de Los Gigantes ya que es allí donde hay un pequeño aparcamiento desde donde se baja hasta una puerta de hierro.

In escursione a piedi da Alcalà de Isora fino a Los Gigantes con degli amici che da molti anni frequentano il luogo, quando siamo passati per "el Charco" (letteralmente "pozza" ma in questo caso piscina naturale ricavata dalla roccia), ci hanno raccontato che, se non si prendono le dovute precauzioni, il luogo può essere pericoloso a causa delle numerose sporgenze acuminate della roccia.
