Dalle grotte abbiamo percorso un sentiero attrezzato lungo circa 1 chilometro, attraversando una lussureggiante vegetazione composta da lecci, agrifogli, peonie e ciclamini, accompagnati dal dolce suono di un corso d'acqua che crea in continuazione cascate e pozze, fino ad arrivare alla splendida cascata di Su Stampu.
