Aug 15, 2016. #1. I am thinking about doing the Malone Stage 2 ECU mod..Dealer keeps talking about the DPF delete also, but I just can't justify his price between the 2. For a Malone Stage 2 he wants to charge $700 which I guess is a good price considering labor and all for the tune..However, he wants $3,000 to do a complete DPF delete.

HEy all, we just took apart friends 2010 a6 3.0 tdi intake manifold and egr cooler.. was throwing a code. Anyways, I am wondering about an EGR delete for him - he has a vagcom so we are wondering can we do egr delete w/ just a sealed plate off the turbo line and with a vagcom or is it more complicated than that?

GDM kit was intended to clear a longer cp3 pump which they decided not to sell. the willy wonka piece deletes the bypass valve. and move it out to accomodate a longer pump. its an interesting design, but not worth even thinking.

#1 Hi all, Has anyone any experience of EGR blanking on the 3.0tdi. As far as I can see the EGR provides Nox reduction at the expense of worse fuel economy, a less responsive engine and loads of sooty greasy crap in the intake.
