1963 - 1967. The Corvette logo, introduced in 1963, was designed specifically for the new Sting Ray model. The black circular frame was enclosing the emblem and the lettering of the new badge, which were set on a plain white background. The emblem still featured an image with two crossed flags, just like on the previous version.

The first-ever Corvette flag emblem logo was created by Robert Bartholomew in 1953, the then interior designer at Chevrolet. The logo was designed to put on the 1953 Corvette Prototype, which was to be presented for the first time before the public in New York's Waldorf-Astoria hotel in 1953.
