One is 2018 base model with low mileage around 20k, perfect exterior condition, listed from Toyota dealer. The other is 2021 base model, 40k mileage, Honda certified, visible scratches at the front bumper. Price of them are almost same, reasonable price. 2018 model looks very well maintained and no visible scratches at all.

Neither the ICE, nor battery individually seem able to maintain vehicle speed under high loads like high speeds (80 mi/hr +) or climbing steep grades at greater than 70 mi/hr or so. You can tell the Clarity PHEV is struggling to maintain speed when the ICE is screaming. The only real solution is to slow down, until some charge is returned to.
