2 -la_luna- • 10 hr. ago Oh hey, I've lived at both AMC and HC. AMC is a little different from the freshmen dorms but pretty similar, so maybe this helps. I would say HC is better for most people, as I'm HC has. Way nicer inside, has modern stuff (granite countertops, floor isn't carpet, nicer furniture, stainless steel fridge) vs AMC's old stuff

They do completely illegal activity such as having male workers enter female student units without notice and without knocking.

Hornet Commons is affiliated with the school but not in the best way, you still have to sign a lease and the price is a spit in the face to students who are trying to balance school and work. You want to look independent from these "student housing" complexes. Check out the Facebook student housing page, herkys hornet finder, or Craigslist.

37w Mireya Nevarez doesn't recommend Hornet Commons. August 26, 2021 · Honestly I love the apartment tour I got. The lady was so nice and welcoming. Apartments look great in pictures. But as for faculty they are so disorganized the whole roommate situation is awful. But I mean they do answer the phones about any questions.

We love pets at Hornet Commons! We charge a $300 non-refundable pet deposit fee and $30 monthly pet rent. No more than one animal is permitted in a bedroom and no more than two animals are permitted in an apartment unless approved by Hornet Commons Management. Please contact the Leasing Office for restrictions or other questions.
