Pull up all three caps and remove the timing belt. Mark which side of the camshaft is on top. When you put it back on, you can put it back on 180 degrees off by accident. Remove the shaft and you're left with the lifters. You can just pull them right up. There you go, mark them, clean them, replace them, have fun.
