#1 I just got a 2018 GTI with a stick and it's my first car with a manual transmission. I've had the car for around 2 months and I've been driving it daily; but, I still have issues with shifting from 1st and 2nd. Every time I shift from 1st to 2nd I have to wait for the revs to drop from ~3000 to ~1800 before I can shift smoothly.
