If you're on pc go to my documents then NFS Unbound then savegame and delete/move "1" CONSOLE: on ps5, I went into the saved data settings and deleted the save data for Unbound from the console storage. Unfortunately this turned off auto sync to the cloud storage and I haven't fiddled with it yet to find out how to turn that back on.
