Semi rear trailing arm suspension cars like the Z31 300ZX and E30 are especially prone to this. Camber is very excessive on those cars when lowered, and kind of hard to fix. On the S2000 though with its double wishbone rear it should not look like that in the rear unless he did that on purpose, so you're still right.
