Saab is no longer owned by GM. The trailblazer ss that this is based off of isn't exactly cheap, and is actually quite good. Saab designed the interior and air suspension, but the whole car was built in the US. BTW, the torque was correct at 395 lbft.

They measure 30" across the front including the tires. They are 10 1/2" wide with the tire, the front lip measures 3 inches and from the lug holes to the inside lip it measured 6".
