The main building stretches barely long enough to accommodate four service bays that connect to the shop's heart, the paint booth. The Strip Star is a show and competition race car built by Gene Winfield of Winfield's Custom Shop for the Promotions Inc Show Car Division in 1963. The Strip Star featured an asymmetrically offset hand-formed aluminum body mounted on a modified 1948 Ford chassis. The 6000 SUX from the cult classic 1987 film RoboCop is based on a 1977.

1950 Mercury custom built by Winfield's Custom Shop in 1963. The chopped and channeled Mercury was modified with a 1953 Mercury windshield. The most noticeable features on the Solar Scene is the sculpted wheel wells with stainless inserts, dual frenched headlights molded into the front fenders, and a handmade grille.
